MakroNorm PMI® training is based on the Project Management Institute’s PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) and consists of two parts:
PMBOK Project Management Standards: Covers all the knowledge project managers need to know to run a successful project.
PMP Exam Preparation: Comprehensive classroom lesson plan that covers the PMBOK knowledge areas and provides tips in taking your exams.
The two courses aim to prepare attendees to take the PMP® exam and provide 35 hours of training required as a prerequisite.
